Such prep could involve painting (paint color advice & planning also), or carpeting, caulking, deck power washing and so on. I also offer our clients access to my proven handymen and other professionals to accomplish the home prep plans.
Our 3D Virtual Tours can make a home standout out from others on the Internet, especially over others without 3D Tours. The local MLS (Bright MLS) adds a link called ‘Virtual Tour’ to a home’s pictures but that’s not a real virtual tour. The ‘real’ ones are our 3D Tours and we add them to the MLS manually, so the tour link will open our 3D tour instead of just the pictures.
