COVID-19 has resulted in the creation and use of new & innovative techniques to interact with our clients while taking the available technology to the next level to ensure smooth, seamless & safe transactions. To ensure the safety of all parties involved, we have developed a COVID-19 Listing Platform.
Virtual Listing Appointments
Using Zoom, Deb Frank will conduct a virtual listing appointment that will go over preparing the property for sale, marketing strategy, pricing strategy, what to expect throughout the listing period & the steps involved between contract ratification & settlement.
Open Houses
Only one group of no more than 3 people will be allowed in the house at one time.

- Virtual Listing Appointment – Using Zoom, Deb Frank will conduct a virtual listing appointment that will go over preparing the property for sale, marketing strategy, pricing strategy, what to expect throughout the listing period & the steps involved between contract ratification & settlement.
- Listing Packet – When possible, a listing packet will be delivered contact free to your door prior to the Virtual Listing Appointment.
- Home Visit/Staging Consultation – A report will be generated within hours of the consultation outlining the ‘to do’ list. We are always available to help schedule/oversee any necessary repairs/upgrades.
- Property Showings –
- Limited to 3 people in the house at one time
- No children
- Buyers/Buyer Agents to wear masks, gloves & remove shoes.
- Request that as little as possible is touched & only by the Buyer Agent.
- Negotiations – Are conducted by phone conference or Zoom.
- Paperwork – All paperwork is executed electronically via Docusign.
- Open Houses – Only one group of no more than 3 people will be allowed in the house at one time.
