Our Licensed Stager not only offers staging advice & consultation but also valuable home prep advice as well.Such prep could involve painting (paint color advice & planning also), or carpeting, caulking, deck power washing and so on. I also offer our clients access to my proven handymen and other professionals to accomplish the home prep plans.

Home Tours
Especially Important these days!
Our Virtual Tours can make a home standout out from others on the Internet, especially over others without Tours. The local MLS adds a link called ‘Virtual Tour’ to a home’s pictures but that’s not a real virtual tour. The ‘real’ ones are our Tours and we add them to the MLS manually, so the tour link will open our tour instead of just the pictures.
